Exchange Policy

At toyzpro.store, your happiness with every toy purchase matters to us! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, our exchange policy is designed to make sure you get the perfect toy for your needs as quickly and easily as possible.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Timeline: You may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: Toys must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  3. Request: Email us at support@toyzpro.store or use the Contact Us form. Please include your order number and details about the toy you wish to exchange.

What Can Be Exchanged?

  • Toys and accessories that are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
  • Unopened and unused products, including educational toys, action figures, dolls, puzzles, or other items sold on ToyzPro (following the above requirements).

Exchange Terms:

  • Return shipping is FREE for items that are defective or shipped incorrectly.
    For other exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We will send you a replacement toy of your choice (subject to availability) or provide store credit, whichever you prefer.
  • Products not in original condition or requests made after the 5-day window are not eligible for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Used toys, items damaged after delivery, or missing original parts/tags.
  • Personalized or custom items, opened craft kits, party supplies, or clearance/sale items.
