Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped toys purchased at ToyzPro.store.
  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email support@toyzpro.store or use our Contact Us form. Please include your order number, describe the issue, and attach photos if possible.
  2. Review: Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item qualifies for a refund.
  3. Return: Return the toy as instructed. If the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly, return shipping is free. In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • We will notify you when your return is received and inspected, and let you know if your refund is approved.
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs (if any) are refundable only if the refund is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Toys or products that have been used, damaged (not due to shipping), or missing original packaging or accessories.
  • Custom, personalized, clearance, or final sale items.
  • Requests received more than 7 days after delivery.
